CHALLENGE
Each year, The MasterCard Foundation,  hosts a two-day conference for 300 guests in Africa. They needed a brand identity and visual look for the conference and a partner who would coordinate the transfer of production files, both print and digital, to printers and conference organizers in Africa.

SOLUTION
Haft2 developed the brand experience, visual identity and used original photography for communication pieces. We integrated consistent colours, type, and visuals throughout the materials. Some highlights of the design included creating a “first-ever” stage animation (which changed lighting from morning to afternoon), a responsive website design, and custom Moleskine® journals for attendees. Haft2’s Toronto team coordinated the transfer of files to production partners in Africa in a seamless fashion.

RESULTS
The MasterCard Foundation continues to  receive extremely positive feedback on the event with 93% of participants agreeing that the materials presented were credible and useful.


Using photography as a key visual for the event, our colour palette complemented the images and aligned with the MCF corporate palette to create a distinctive identity.
